A pre-bid informational meeting to discuss the project will be held via teleconference call with online video conference. Prospective Bidders who wish to access the pre-bid meeting teleconference call may request the required login information by emailing pcase@gpinet.com, email subject “ECWA Contract (GP-011), Pre-bid Meeting, Conference Call Request”. All requests for the login information shall be before 12:00 p.m., EST, on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to partake in the pre-bid meeting teleconference call.
This project requires a non-refundable fee of $140 made payable to Avalon.
