Addition to Horizon Health Services - Pine Ave.

Horizon Health Services, Inc. is constructing approximately 1,500 square foot addition to the 2400 Pine Avenue facility that is now 100% occupied. All Subcontractors will need to perform the construction without impacting the current business operations at 2400 Pine Avenue. The addition would include space needed to expand the availability of offices needed for integrated mental health and substance use services for patients and their families.
