23035.1 - Lancaster CSD CIP 2024 -Phase 1

The project for William Street Elementary that consists of; a (2) story building addition to provide new classrooms and educational spaces along with renovations to convert a classroom wing into the new District Office with its own secure and accessible entrance. A maintenance addition will also be added for District related storage for new District Office. This work will include all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for the classroom addition, along with replacement of existing exhaust fans, AHU's and associated ductwork. Proposed site work at William Street Elementary includes adding new driveways to access to the new District Office entrance along with reconstruction of existing driveways, parking areas, sidewalks and curbing, as well as the addition of a outdoor walking path/cross country course for student use.
