Turner Parking Ramp Repair & Restoration
Project consists of, but is not limited to, the comprehensive repair and restoration of an existing multi-story parking garage. The scope of the work includes various concrete repairs, drainage pipe replacements, paint and sealant repairs, brick repairs, epoxy repairs, traffic deck membrane application, new steel corbels and the construction of a new entrance/exit lane to improve the accessibility and overall function. The project aims to extend the lifespan of the parking structure. All repairs and modifications shall be executed with minimal disruption to the ongoing use of the facility. All closures to drive lanes and parking spaces must be coordinated with owner and project engineer
