Please note: Five (5) separate Prime Contracts will be awarded this work:

General, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Site/Utility

Pre-bid meeting will be held at Town of Amherst Engineering Department, 1100 North Forest Road.

Sealed bids for the above-mentioned project in the Town of Amherst will be received by mail or in a bid drop off box found in the rotunda of the Town’s Municipal Building, 5583 Main Street, Williamsville, New York on or before 12:00 P.M. local time on June 12, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Four (4) copies of each Bid are required to be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the name of the Bidder, Bidder’s address, the name of the Project, the bid date, and the contract name and project number.
