Town of Lockport Town Hall Campus Improvements (Re-Bid)

Selectively demolish existing mansard roof on two levels around the Town Hall. Replace with new EIFS façade. Provide new column supported canopy’s at front and rear building entrances, tying into new façade. Provide new roof ladder to upper roof level. Replacement of storefront window and door systems. Replace punched window openings, lowering windowsill at a few locations. Provide walls and doors to create new flexible office spaces. Provide new flooring, ceilings, painting walls. Provide transaction window at Clerks Office and includes other work indicated in the contract documents. Sidewalk work to existing sidewalks around Town Hall and Court Buildings
