17046.6 - Lancaster CSD Renovations 2018 - Phase 6
Project consists of renovations at Lancaster High School and William Street Elementary. Renovations at Lancaster High School exterior work includes sitework to create a drop-off/pickup at the football stadium and to continue work at Stendahl Drive. Interior work includes refinishing historic doors and replacement of doors, new HVAC equipment and systems. Renovations at William Street School exterior work includes site work at drop off loop. Interior work includes flooring, exterior door replacements, lighting fixture replacements, fire alarm and public address system updates, HVAC upgrades, building generator, misc plumbing upgrades, misc roof patching and creation of an IT data closet
