PROJECT INCLUDES 23 APARTMENT BUILDINGS, THE SCOPE OF WORK CONSISTING OF REMOVING EXISTING ASPHALT SHINGLES DOWN TO EXISTING DECKING AND REPLACING WITH NEW ASPHALT SHINGLE ROOFING SYSTEM. REMOVAL OF EXISTING CHIMNEYS TO BELOW THE ROOF LEVEL AND INFILLING ROOF DECK. REMOVAL OF EXISTING BOX VENTS AND INFILL OPENINGS. MISCELLANEOUS METAL TRIM REPLACEMENT. HAZARDOUS MATERIAL REMOVAL WITH LEAD PAINT AWARENESS ON EXISTING MATERIALS. THIS PROJECT NEEDS (5) FIVE BUILDINGS COMPLETED FIRST.
