Should a bidder find discrepancies in or omissions from the Contract Documents, Drawings or Specifications, or should he/she be in doubt as to their meaning, they should notify the Engineer and request an interpretation thereof. Every request for such interpretation shall be in writing addressed to Sheila Ransbottom (sransbottom@wendelcompanies.com) to be given consideration, and must be received prior to 5:00 pm on Thursday, September 14th, 2023.
A non-refundable fee, made payable to Avalon, is required for this project.
