NCWD Meter Pit & SCADA Upgrades

The work consists of labor, materials, equipment, testing and incidentals to construct a replacement of the existing SCADA system. Work includes antenna inspection, antenna repair and grounding, new repeater installation, replacement RTUs and radios, HMI programming and graphic development , panel replacement and temporary power requirements, and associated equipment.
