For scope and complexity, similar work is defined as removal of existing adhered EPDM roofing system and related components, ACM removals, installation of modified bitumen roofing system and related components and replacement of an existing aluminum framed skylight work, as further described in the General Requirements, Section 011100, Description of Work.
