1.Renovation of the east end of the existing Building-C Annex into a new Welding Lab, Machine Shop, and Hydraulics / Pneumatics Lab. Scope includes demolition of existing walls, doors, flooring, ceilings, lighting, casework, etc.; new exterior overhead door; relocated existing doors; new exterior concrete slab on grade equipment enclosure with fence and gate; regraded and repaved driveway. 2.New electrical service including transformer, distribution, power lighting and connection into existing Building-C service. 3.Alternate No. 1 – Replace existing Roof Top A/C unit.

Renovation of the first floor student space in the existing G Building. The project will create student club and meeting rooms.

Filter Tank Building Addition

Project consists of Renovations to existing building to provide recreation space for OLV clients. Work includes site work, interior renovations, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire protection. Project cost range is anticipated to be under $700,000.

The Work consists of a single contract for the installation two 16-in taps on the discharge header at the Sturgeon Point WTP located in the Town of Evans, installation of a new valve vault on Auckland Avenue located in the Town of Orchard Park, and a new valve vaults located at the Windom Pumping Station Site in the Town of Orchard Park to house PCCP tapping sleeves and valve assemblies, furnishing two 24-in blind flanges with companion spool pieces and 4-in gate valves, and installation of condition assessment tracking locations including a pothole and 8-in pipe or valve box.

Plumbing work associated with: 1.Demolition and replacement of the, filter underdrain system, filter media, and filter surface wash agitators and piping within the filter boxes of the 10 filters at the plant. 2.Demolition and replacement of Filter Gallery piping, valves and appurtenances serving the 10 filters at the plant. 3.Extension of the existing filter building for new equipment, piping, electrical, HVAC and plumbing. 4.Installation of a new blower building for filter air scour blowers, piping, electrical, HVAC and plumbing. 5.Extension of existing Residuals Pump Station for new sodium bisulfite storage, pumping, piping, electrical, and HVAC. 6.Installation of new exposed and buried filter to waste piping, vault and manholes. 7.Replacement of 4” and 6” buried potable water lines. 8.Instrumentation work. 9.Site work, concrete work, metals, element protection, painting, signage, appurtenances, mechanical work, Architectural work, new piping ranging from 1/2-inch to 42-inch diameter, valves and appurtenances, and other work required.
