NCWD WTP Third Floor Window Replacements
Work includes the removal of existing metal window frames, hazardous abatement of sealants and lead paint and removal of roof flashing material. Provide cmu to raise window sill at each opening. Provide aluminum storefront frames with operable inserts and 1" insulated glazing to openings. Provide EPDM flashing at junction of wall and roof along the full length of the wall. Paint interior finishes
