Please note: Five (5) separate Prime Contracts will be awarded for this work:

General, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Site/Utility

Sealed bids for the above-mentioned project in the Town of Amherst will be received by the Contracts Compliance & Administration Department in the Municipal Building, Williamsville, New York on or before 12:00 P.M. local time on May 6, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Chambers, Amherst Municipal Building, 5583 Main Street, Williamsville, NY, 14221.

Four (4) copies of each Bid are required to be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the name of the Bidder, Bidder’s address, the name of the Project, and the contract name and project number.

Please be advised that a Bidder’s Conference is scheduled for Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Town of Amherst Engineering Building, 1100 N. Forest Road, Williamsville, NY 14221. This will be the only scheduled conference.

Bidders interested in submitting bids are strongly encouraged to attend this conference.

This project requires a non-refundable fee of $385 made payable to Avalon.
