Buffalo Sewer Authority- Interiors Renovation Project

The work includes the furnishing of all material, labor, and equipment necessary and proper to complete the construction and renovation of the Sewer Maintenance and Mega Structure buildings at the Bird Island Site and at 1038 City Hall. All work is to include any and all incidental work and materials necessary to fully complete the project as described by the Contract Drawings and Specifications or as directed by the Authority and to prosecute the work according to the best methods of construction with safety to life and property. The Project consists of the interior renovation work to the Mega Structure and Sewer Maintenance buildings at the Treatment Plant Facility on Bird Island and the Offices located in City Hall for the Buffalo Sewer Authority. Work within the Mega Structure includes the interior upgrades in the existing Control Room with a new kitchen space, supervisory office, and conference space. The work within the Sewer Maintenance building is to include the upgrade of the locker rooms, bathrooms, and a new Dispatch/Breakroom. City Hall’s interior work is to include the addition of an IT room, new storefront entrance and a new entry lobby.
