The Contract Documents may be obtained from Avalon Document Services, starting Monday, March 22nd
upon deposit for Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per set. All Bid Deposit checks shall be made out to
Jamestown Community College. Include, in addition to the document deposit, a non-refundable
check in the amount of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per set for handling and postage of sets to
be mailed. All postage checks shall be made payable to EI Team, Inc. Alternatively, bidders can
provide their UPS or FedEx shipper # for shipment of bid documents.
