As typical for SUCF jobs, Contractors will order and pay for plans directly as indicated below, and we are billed for any planroom fees, hard copies we order, and cost additional to $49 printed plan fee if the cost for the set is higher: Bidders who register as a planholder through the Printer may acquire the bidding and contract documents using the following options: 1. For a fee of ten dollars ($10), interested firms may request and receive an electronic download of the bidding and contract documents. At the bidder’s expense, purchase a printed copy or copies of the bid set. 2. For a fee of ten dollars ($10), interested firms may request and receive a free CD with electronic copies of the bidding and contract documents. At the bidder’s expense, purchase a printed copy or copies of the bid set. 3. For a fee of $49, interested firms may request and receive a printed copy of the complete set. An electronic download or copy on CD will not be provided

Upon obtaining plans either electronically or hard copy prints, all planholders should receive from Avalon Buffalo a yellow SUCF bid envelope which is required to submit their bid. When sending the bid documents or after a plaholder downloads electronic documents, please sent the following: 1) One (1) bid envelope 2) Two (2) Bid Bonds (loose copies) 3) Two (2) Proposal Forms (loose copies) 4) Two (2) Appendix A’s (loose copies)
