The Wayne County Regional Land Bank Corporation is requesting sealed bids for the abatement and
demolition of all structures located at the below listed seven (7) residential properties:
- 24 Cayuga Street, Village of Clyde, NY- Tax ID: 74112-18-406194,
- 1662 Walker Road, Palmyra NY- Tax ID: 65111-05-091888,
- 6478 East Townline Road, Williamson, NY – Tax ID: 67117-05-088902,
- 2996 Route 414, Town of Galen, NY – Tax ID: 74113-00-407537,
- 8106 Margaretta Road, Sodus, NY – Tax ID: 70118-08-94888,
- 8561 Ridge Road, Sodus, NY – Tax ID: 7117-19522046, and
- 12799 Ridge Road, Wolcott, NY – Tax ID: 76117-00-828488.

The properties are vacant, and the buildings are within the control of the Wayne County Regional Land Bank Corporation. The Land Bank disclaims any responsibility that representations made regarding
conditions or quantities of materials will remain as they were when reviewed by the bidders during the
bidding period, prior to award of the contract, or during the course of the work. Structures at four of the
seven properties (2996 Route 414, 8104 Margaretta Road, 8561 Ridge Road, and 12799 Ridge Road) have
been determined to be structurally unsound and shall require demolition in accordance with the
requirements of 12 NYCRR Part 56-11.5 (Controlled demolition with asbestos in place).

A digital download of the Project Documents is available with a non-refundable payment of $15.00,
payable to Avalon Document Services. If bidders wish to purchase printed copies of the Contract
Documents, they may be obtained from the Avalon Plan Room for an additional non-refundable fee. If
the documents are to be shipped, the Bidder must furnish Avalon with the Bidder’s active UPS or Federal
Express account number or pay Avalon for all shipping and handling costs.
The Bidding Documents must be obtained through the Avalon Plan Room in order to be considered a Plan
Holder of record. Bidding Documents obtained from any other source are for examination only, are not
considered complete and are not valid for bidding purposes.
Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Sealed bids will be received at the Wayne County Regional Land Bank Corporation Office at 16 William
Street, Lyons, NY 14489 until March 31, 2020 at 11:00 am, prevailing time, at which time they will be
publicly opened.
