• At the High School, a two-story addition will be built at the southwest corner of the existing building. The addition will include a secure entrance to the existing Gym, new Locker Rooms, Concession space, Rest Rooms, Athletic Department offices, and various instructional spaces. Site upgrades include parking lot and sidewalk reconfigurations to accommodate the building addition and a bus loop; underground stormwater treatment and storage; drainage improvements, and new entrance to the track. Building upgrades include renovation of the existing Tech Classrooms; Pool bleacher replacement and new Pool covers; renovation of a Pool Locker Room; retrofit of the Gym bleachers, replacement of the Gym divider curtains, and refinishing of the Gym floor; and relocation of an existing stairwell.

•At the Middle School, site upgrades include the installation of an underground stormwater treatment and storage system, and improvements to the parking lots, bus loop, sidewalks, lighting, water main, and drainage. A small addition will be built at the back of the building for exterior-access Rest Rooms. Building upgrades include new Pool covers; new Locker Room partitions and hand dryers; replacement of the wood Gym floor, Gym bleachers, and basketball backstops; interior and exterior door replacement; creation of a secure entrance; reconfiguration of the Main Office, Nurse’s Office, and Lobby Rest Rooms; renovation of the Auditorium and balcony; fire alarm system replacement; minor abatement work; finish upgrades; and various HVAC, plumbing, and electrical upgrades.
